Printing problem

Hello everyone, first of all thanks so much to the community, you guys helped me alot.
I have been trying to use kisslicer, and Im having a problem like this while printing (image)

I have fixed my extrusion width, the diameter of the filament, and tried to use a higher flow tweak to minimize the problem (I attached a print from kisslicer so you can see)
Do you guys have any ideas / tips / suggestions of what might be the problem?
Im working with a Cubex Trio

Hi,
you should post this into the Cubex section.
What filament are you using ?
Post a picture of your printer to show how do you feed the extruders.
Do you set the right temperature for your filament ?
Do you correctly measured the filament's diameter ?
Do you have increased the extruder's voltage?

Oh sorry for posting in the wrong place.

1. At the moment, Im using the original filament that came with Cubex (thats why I used 1,7mm diameter in configuration)
2. I experienced problems feeding the extruders the original way, so I built something for support the spools, and I feed them directly (image) the support stays on top of Cubex, so the filament does the shortest path to the extruders (tomorrow Im going to take picture of the support on Cubex so it will be easier to understand)
3. I tried temperatures ranging from 190 to 220 ºC, and I still got the same problem
4. I didnt increase the voltage, do you think its necessary? Because when I use the Cubex software to print, it works fine (the problem I have shown before does not happen)

Thanks for answering me. Do you use a Cubex too? Because I can try the same way you configure the software, and see if it works.
Im planning to try to adjust the level of the build plate on Monday, if I get better results I will post them here.

When the level is good you have to set the z-Gap, it's good when the first layer is lightly squished on the bed.
Are you using original PLA ?
Into Material tab set the Infill% to 100.

For more consistency, you better increase the extruder's voltage and put a sink on the drive chip.
