1.5beta2.20 contour speeds

With version KISSlicer_Win64_1.5beta2.20.rename2zip I get prints where the three edges are printed inside out (correctly) but the outer one is printed faster then the inner one.

The most recent versions of KISSlicer added a "Loops" speed setting. Is it possible that your "Perimeter" speed is set higher than your "Loops" speed (under [Printer]->[Speed])?
