Hi, I'm trying to slice the figure (PRO version 1.5 beta 1.16 Win64), but never join the horizontal flat part with the vertical part.
Layer: 0'2
Extrusion width: 0'5
Skin Thickness (1'5
N. of Loops: 1
Inset Surface: 0'15
Infill: 100%
This is the best result that I got, playing with Inset Surface.

I need your help.
Attached are the STL file (rename RAR to STL)
TIA, Miguel FL

Re: Join lines slicing
Lower the extrusion width to 0.36 and you should see what you want.
0.5 extrusion width at a 0.3 mm thick part will obviously not work well.

Re: Join lines slicing
Thank you Mikk36, solve my problem. I must play with others parameters, but is a good solution for me and a way to learn KS.
