Artefacts when speed changes

Hello,
I am very like kisslicer! But I have small artefacts at my models. It's not very big problem but not perfect. I tried changes lot of parametrs but it's not resolve my problem. May be some one collide with something like this?
As can see at the shot artefacts coincide with the moment speed change. When printing in progress I can see how hotend change speed and in that moment from nozzle flow out filament and create artefacts.
As can see in cura that problem is absent.

Well, the speed changes are due to (partially) unsupported paths.

You can set the speed of these in Settings/Matl/Cool [mm^3/s]

If you set that to the same value as Max [mm^3/s], then there will be no slowing down and only the fan will change (dependant on the "Fan/Cool Cool" setting.

You may find that this will work for all models; you may find you need to tweak the value somewhat depending on the model. In any event, that's the place to start looking for a solution.
