%infill Not Working

I am using 1.6.3 and when I type a value into %infill (either 70 or 70%) and hit ok Nothing happens. It stays at the value it was previously set at with the slider. I want 70% and all I can get with the slider is 50% or 100%.
Is it a bug?

OK I see it is working but it selects a size somewhere near what I enter. So if I enter 15 it will give me 12.5%.
Does that mean there is no value in using 70%? I should use either 50% or 100%?

I think you will find that setting infill manually changes 2 settings:

Infill percent
Infill extrusion width

The percent must be able to be divided into 100; the extrusion width makes up the difference.
