Prime pillar brim is overlapping parts.

The pillar's "brim" is intersecting the other parts on the bed if there is no brim or skirt enabled.

Changing the packing quality doesn't improve the issue.

With V2 Alpha out already and the beta due sometime (soon, I hope), I doubt there will be a fix in 1.6.

Just checked, also a problem in 2 Alpha as well.

Didn't realize the alpha was available for download.
