I am not completely sure but it could be some kind of failing the exact same position as the layer before.
Some bad tension on the belts?
Too fast maybe and the inertia is playing you a bad time?
Perhaps the more experienced members have a more accurate answer.

Speed sounds reasonable, since I did print with 40mm/s on my cubex

What cubex is it? 1 2 o 3 extruders?

Its a duo, with two extruders.

MMMMMM, that is not too much aparently

Giovani sayd in other post
I've a Duo and 50 is OK, if you have a Trio you probably need to go to 40-45 to be safe and if you have a single extruder you probably can push the speed up to 55-60.
I Have a Trio and my speed limit is 50, but the speeds used are:
  • Perim: 30
  • Loops: 35
  • Solid and Sparse: 54

Hi,
check belt tension, put some grease on the guide bars X, Y, Z and also on the trapezoidal thread of the z axis.

Use a layer thickness of 0.18 or 0.21, use only multiples of 0.03.

Try and let us know.

Are you printing on a heated bed? You may be getting bed flex from the temperature swing on the bed.
