Ahhhh... so it's two different speed you set in the boxes? One "fast speed" and an unrelated "precision speed" (may sounds wierd but I hope you get what I mean).

In box 1 "Speed" you setup the maximum speed in mm/s and in the "precise" box ( 2) a slower one for a better print quality.

But if I would print a very object, on a half centimeter (0.2 inches), which setings do you recomand?

depend of the layer thickness, but something like 22 (all speed) in the precision tab with a prime pillar (support tab)
