I don't have this problem, set "Path type" instead of Materials to show what kind of path is causing the problem.

M227 will affect the print but not the slice.

Hi again

I tried to set the infill % to 33, like in your try, and the zig-zag dissapeared.

I was only using 12.5% infill...

Is there a golden rule, not to use less? Or is it something I have to try doing different parts?

Hi,
unfortunately no golden rules, it depends on the shape of the part.

The path that is causing the problem is the "Sparse Infill".

I've tested with 12,5% Infill and skin 0.6mm and 0.4mm the zig zag also desappeared.

Anyway, you found a solution for the zig zag but I'm not sure the blobs on the sides are produced by this problem, did you run a calibration cylinder with 1 loop only ?

Hi Again

Thanks for the reply.

In my old version of the kisslicer, 1.4.5.10 i followed the cubexupgrade tutorial on how to calibrate. I just did the same with the 1.5 beta 2.22, and the raft was rubbish. its like the second layer isnt a full string, but only small dots. se picture.
that was not a problem in the old version.

I forgot to add the raft feature to CubeItMod6 calculations.
I'll post the fix soon.

Thanks a lot.

No problems.

I've got the small blobs on the side, even in the old slicer version. May it be my flow tweak thats to low?

Hi again

I have been looking at the 227 and 228 values.

is there some good "standad" values for thiese paramieters?

The guide on cubexupgrade dit not give me the full understanding of those, and the "gap/hole" is still there after tweaking the values to fik the 0.2 layer thickness setup...

I am running to setups, a 0.1 layer setup and a 0.2 layer setup. I believe the paramieters are different on both setups?

Hi,
can you send me please the bfb and bak files with the rafting problem ?

Attached you'll find a new version, here the same calculations and parameters of Solid are applied to Rafting.
Let me know if it works, I cant test now.
