For the surface you have to set the "Skin Thickness", I usually set "Skin thickness"= Extrusion width x number of loops.

About the shifting, no idea.

What are your printer maximum speed settings?
It is possible the stepper can't move that fast and is skipping steps when it resets, causing the shift.

This are my specs...

Can you look at the x motor during a print ? Offset can came if the motor pulley is broke. An other way to see it is if your belt is going up and down while moving.
Other send your bfb.back file we will look at it.

About the noise, check this video, you can heard some "cloncks", but I don't seem abnormal...

Checked belt tension and the pulley, seems fine.

About the back file, I edited the stl and slice it... forget to keep the trouble one.
But when I placed the model on KSS, I turned 90º to re-orient the model, maybe that can be the issue?

The "cloncks" can be done by Min jump and trigger value in the material tab. Put 15 in the two, I didn't find which one is the cause but since I put higher value i've less sound like this.

For your hole I would purpose to increase your %solid but you're at 110... Maybe increase the infill or the thickness

Did you made the calibration cube? (Thin wall and Solid Cube).

Yes I made the calibration test, all walls were ok, I'll redo the test, to be sure.

Add more thickness to top/bottom layers and/or try lowering the temperature a bit?
