Is the circular infill pattern the same as the octagon?

I was looking at each infill pattern, but I couldn't find the difference between the circular infill pattern and the octagonal infill pattern.
There is a possibility of the same process.

I'm sorry, the Circular infill pattern is a rounded infill pattern.

I have never been able to tell the difference either, but I think it depends on the type of printer in use and whether that printer is able to use the G2 command.
