supports generation

Hello. Anyone jknows any trick for getting better supports? My problem has been this: the interface support seems to be ok on top of the supports, but when supports are generated on top of the model, the supports then are really dificult to remove and seems there is no way to modify the Z offset. What I can see in the preview is no Z gap between the last layer of the model and the first lines of the support lines being generated on top, so that makes the support really dificult to remove.

AFAIK the preview does not display the Z-gap on supports and neither does it display the layer offset for the support structure. These are calculated and generated during the save operation.

This is better viewed with a G-code viewer; you could use Craftware for this.
