As the Subject says...
I am colorblind a bit, but I really can't find this path color in the path color legenda...
I am seeing some un-natural slowness in the outer perimeter, while the much faster inner perimeter prints at nice evenly speed. Also I see the fan fluctuating a bit, I think it has the same cause. And I am seeing a bit of a distortion in printquality at some of these spots. Anyone an idea about this?
What kind of path is this?

Is there an overhang in that area? Looks like the cooling settings are kicking in.

I wasn't colorblind before KISSLicer, that confuses me a bit too
I suspect it's unsupported area and you can check by changing display to "Material" or "Extruder" in which case unsupported tinting stays.

You probably have to increase the "Cool [mm^3/s]" value at tha "Matl" tab under "Flow Adjust", in order to maintain the speed you want.
You can also set the "Fan / Cool" settings to the same values, if you do not want to have the fan fluctuating.
