I am printing a case 8 inch wide x 5 inch deep x 6 inch tall.
The wall thickness it 0.1 inch.
The face on the bottom has two rectangular view ports.
Since there is not a lot of surface area on the bottom, I added a 6mm brim.
The body prints at an angle sloping to the back of the printer. The sides are parallel to the printer.
As the body prints, the print head is either dragging or pulling on the body.
As the print gets taller, the drag or pull gets amplified on the base and eventually pulls the base off the heated bed.
If I increase the thickness of the sides to 0.3 inches, this appears to make the object much more solid and sturdy.
It does not get pulled or rocked as it prints and stays stuck to the bed.
Or, the solid infill is not filled by tight zig-zag lines and does not cause the print head to push the part around.
My question is: how much drag / pushing can you expect from the print head?
Should it not exert horizontal forces on the print while it prints?
I suspect my problem is with over-extrusion on the zig-zag filling, causing the print head to push the part around while printing.
Do any of you have issues with the print head exerting horizontal pressure on the part?

if I were experincing this, my focus would be on getting the print to stick more securely to the print bed. typically a working set of slicer parameters shouldnt affect the prints adhsion to the bed. a print that is coming off the bed is an issue more about first layer bed adhesion rather than slicing parameter settings.

Watching the print, it seems to be building up extra deposits when it infills a small area with quick zig-zag movements.
The extra deposits push the part down on the ends, stressing and flexing the base of the build.
If I increase the size of the walls so it infills, the problem does not occur.
Also, with a large enough brim, it holds the part securely, but the edges get compressed and pull up anyway.
You can see the corners pulling up off the bed over time where they have been compressed during printing.
Over several hours of the extra deposits on the walls and the compressing down and pulling up the part can work itself loose and pop off the bed.
I have the flow rates adjusted for fill, infill and solid fill. It only has problems with the quick zig-zag fills.
If I lower them any more, the walls begin to delaminate.
By increasing the size of the brim, it holds the part on the bed despite the slight lifting of the edges.
By increasing the wall width, it changes the fill method and works properly.

Hi Peter,
can you try to slice your part with an older version of Kisslicer and check if you have the same amount of "Sparse Infill" into the paths ?
I suspect that the latest versions of Kisslcier puts too much of this path.
It would be interesting to know if this poroblem is only on Cubex printer or if it's for all the printers, in the first case we will fix it with Cubeitmod, in the second case it should be fixed into Kisslicer.
Sorry I cant do these tests myself because at the moment I'm focused on developing a new hotend for the Cubex.

I've corrected my previous post, the problem is the "Sparse infill path" and not the "Stacked sparse infill path".

I had the same problem, and as Giovanni, I suspect the new version of Kisslicer combined with a bad interpretation from cubeitmod. I did lot of tests to find what's happen, I notice during those path that the printer is moving really slow and making some small pauses at each segments, do you notice this also ?
I also notice that the trigger and min jump setting are not running as they have to do, when I setup 0 for the two the printer "shock" during those path, if I increase the value I think i get better material flow on those path, but the printer continue the destring under 3 mm if I setup 3... I will do more rational tests tomorrow, today I was concentrating to avoid stringing.
