"Z-Settle" has no effect

The "Printer/Hardware" parameter "Z-Settle" seems to have no effect whatsoever. I tested with Windows 64bit versions 1.5beta 2.7, 1.4.6.10, and 1.5 Beta 1.
Is anybody using this parameter and does it actually make a difference in the G-code? If not, Jonathan should maybe remove it.

Hi.

If you are already using Z-lift, then Z-settle will most often need to be larger than it before you see any difference. I will check into this, though, to make sure it is behaving as desired.
