Re: purge structure
Purge tower is for use with N:1 printers only (i.e. Prusa MMU - virtual multi-tools). It is not for use with multiple physical extruders.
Purge tower size is determined by
It is not possible (or necessary) to manually set the purge tower size.
The filaments will be ordered to reduce waste to a minimum.

Purge tower size is determined by
- The maximum number of tool changes on any layer
- The Printer/Extruder Hardware/N:1/Cool-purge value (this is the ramming before unload)
- The Material/Purge/Purge Volume and Bleed Factor (these are the purging after "tool" change)
It is not possible (or necessary) to manually set the purge tower size.
The filaments will be ordered to reduce waste to a minimum.

Re: purge structure
OK, so I looked at this post before your other post, where you stated that you had a dual extruder printer...
I guess that you are referring to a prime pillar and not a short wall or purge tower.
The prime pillar size is determined by the height of the model being printed. Simply because the taller the pillar the more bed adhesion it requires. There is currently no way to manually change the size of the prime pillar.
However, there may be some changes in this area, so please either use the pillar as it is or implement a post-processor.
