Overflow with CubeX and Error "unable to print file"

Hi Guys,
recently started to use Kisslicer for my cubex single filament printer, currently using abs as we have no PLA on hand, I have no problem with adhesion but there is a terrible overflow making parts look terrible with no straight lines or edges everything extruded is squiggly, Iv tried adjusting small setting like sparse infill and extrusion width but now, any new file I create with Kisslicer say "unable to print file" and can't print anything at all!
should I wipe the Kisslicer I have and re-install or does anyone have settings I could try for ABS and PLA, Iv already imputed all the settings and suggestion that were on the refugee camp forum to set cubex up with kisslicer but file is unable to print.
