Seem to have a problem downloading the program on my laptop. Start the download and populate the sections i.e. style, printer etc but when exit the program is not there. Worked fine on my desktop. Any suggestions?

I think you run the Program from cache, so if this Programm closed and session closed. So you must unzip the the file run it
