The only one way to fully remove seams - spiralize.
But we can minimize visibility of the seams.

I have ABS 3mm,
at this moment I have made few experiments with same model, that printed multiple times (>20) and mark each then to compare and determine the parameters for the slicing.

Yes thank you. that is very useful and is a good starting point for new KISS users.

If suck is bigger than prime, you are at risk of killing your print. When the object need a lot of short vectors the 0.1 mm "missing" will slowly empty the nozzle.

Not always. Global assumptions can be dangerous.

Been using Kisslicer for 3 years, z seams never used to be such a pain in the rectum. I cant get rid of it either.... thanks for sharing though.

I have done every thing I can think of to get rid of the blobs there are really bad with PLA.
I have not gone back and tried it yet but in looking at things that I printed with KS 1.2.0.1a it did not do this.
The prints would have a small gap but no blobs.
I think that all this came up when Jonathan fix the seam hiding and gap.

Hmn interesting. I was about to jump ship from Cura and Slic3r but I have never seen seams as bad as those in the "better result" picture. That would make KISS a non starter for me if that is the norm. Is it?

Here's what I get with my current settings. The opposite side is smooth. Kisslicer 1.5 beta 2.20. Seam hiding: depth=1, gap=1, de-string, use corners, wipe, angle=3 o'clock, jitter=180. Any ideas how to improve it?
