Odd extrusion lines in the print

I noticed that there are some weird lines going through the model when slicing one particular model.
These also appear when I process the model through netfabb cloud.
Depending on the settings (layer height and extrusion width) these also appear outside of the model itself. By outside I mean just crossing the perimeters, starting from the tail of the pig and stopping at the coin slot.
