Layer To Layer Speed Changes

I have some things like text that s/ be printed slower than the rest of the part and that includes the female part of the text as well as the male part.
Simplify3D and Cura both allow users to change the speed of their prints on a layer by layer basis. I think it would be very beneficial to the best slicer out there, namely KISSlicer, to also allow for these speed changes as well from the UI where it would be a lot easier to do than altering the g-code.
