Using different extruders

Dear friends,
It is nice to see you again at the new place/forum. I use KS Pro version (two extruders) a few years. I done some modification with my RapMan 3.1DH and met the issue using KS.
I have first original exruder (0.5 nozzle) and another one 0.35 nozzle from Arcol (fully compatible).
Please advice, who does know the way to setup two extruders with different extruding diameter to use together in KS?
