What is set in Printer - Hardware - Z Step [mm]?

Z step is set to 0
(sorry for late response, forgot that notify-me-tick)
Set it to 0.05 and that indeed changed the 1st layer. Unfortunately, first layer height is overriden depending on values of Layer Thickness / Max (and model geometry if these values are not equal). As a user I expect the first layer to be whatever I defined in 1st - regardless of thickness, max, z step or geometry. Everything else is confusing and removal of the property should be considered.
