I'm using intermediate support, and slicing a model at .1mm layers. The first layer of support is being extruded prior to the first layer of the part, and it appears to be extruding at a much lower z-height than the first layer of the part, to the point that it is causing my extruder to skip badly. Is this by design, or is there a setting that I've missed that I need to adjust?
