Remember both 'Open' and 'Save' locations

Hi,

I'm new to Kiss - so maybe I'm missing something - but it would be nice if it remembered both my last 'Open' and 'Save' locations separately (instead of the last location for either). My workflow has .STL files in one location, and GCode in another, so it would be nice not to have to navigate between the two each time I slice. I know - not a big deal - but I'm thinking this would be easy to implement, and make me life (just a very little bit) easier.

Thanks,

Rich.

On the other hand, having .gcode where .stls are and .stls all over the place I wouldn't want to navigate to .stl directory twice ;-)

KS has always gone to the last used file directory for me.

Not a big deal, but I'm with the OP. Gcode is ephemeral, STLs persist, at least in my case. I dump all the gcode into a single directory for simplified upload to the printers...

Can I just add my support for this.

My STLs live on my NAS whereas the gcode gets saved to my Octoprint device.

Remembering the load and save paths as distinct items would be a boon.

Can I also add that sorting the load directory by last-modified time would also be very useful.
