Improving bridging?

Is there a way in the latest release of KS to improve bridging performance? This is the main place that I can't get my KS prints to look as good as my S3D prints.

I've been looking through all the settings and can't seem to find anything directly related to bridging. I know KS must do something different for bridging because it has it's own dedicated color path, but can't seem to figure out what it is exactly and if there is any way to modify it. Any ideas?
