Here is the photo of the finish print with layer thickness of .25mm (ABS).

,

I tried extruding at different temp ranged from 190 to 230 still same.
I don't have this problem when layer thickness is .5mm
I also don't have this problem with PLA.

Any idea I can try please?

Can you share the gcode file?
How did you create the hollow inside the cube?
I may know what's the problem, but I can tell if I had a look on the gcode...

I thought, the corners of the inner box emerge too much into the layers so that there would be no flow.
But stl and gcode (bfb) look fine.
Maybe because of the higher speed the diagonal ways of the corner, the flow is not calculated correctly by the firmware.

Many thanks for looking at it, now at lease its clear that gcode is OK. I will play with it more until I perfected this hollow cube. I always print this hollow tube whenever I have new filament to check my setting, I like it because it is quick and anyway I don't print complex parts for now.

don't use an Hollow stl, you have to use a full stl and choose infill : VASE into kisslicer
