No, a larger nozzle requires higher values because the fused plastic can easily flow through.

It's impossible to tell if it's ok or not because M227/228 are also related to material you're using.

manufacturer to manufacturer, but you may have small differences if you change the color from the same manufacturer

The pic shows too much gap or too little RPM.
Reduce the zgap and/or increase the raft width.
It's difficult to say just by looking at the picture but I think is more a problem of zgap.
