Hi, have you tired to Set the oversample Resolution small er? (pro/Premium Feature) when you share the stl i can Try to find a solution.

So i tested, the only way i found is to layer that small unicorn on side. So horn will be printed.
i testet a slice with a 0.2 nozzle even there the tip wan't to be printed. Scaling changes nothing!

Yes yes you have to put IT on the side so tip will printed.
Or you put an 0.1 nozzle in your hotend.
