Hi guys, i've another problem......
I can try to reduce the speed, now i'm printing at 25mm/S, but the problem there is always.. attach photo
P.s. :
-layer 0.2mm
- PLA ad 200°
-infill overlapp 0.85

Andrea
Can you please post the project file (Project/Save Project As). The STL would also help.
Thanks

Sorry, Andrea, been very busy.alil2096 wrote:No idea?
I did have a quick look; I think you are being a little optimistic with the maximum volumetric (20mm^3/sec), but I really didn't see anything else that didn't look OK.
Only thing I can suggest is that you let me have the STL and I will see how it prints for me.

Re: spaces between linees on top layer
OK, here's the result; fairly similar to yours:
The underside is almost perfect, the top has a few gaps; maybe lower the crowning threshold? Or increase extrusion by a couple of percent?

I've try to increase the overlap, from 0.85 to 0.95.. now i'm in printing..
If I increase the flow, there are too many crests on the top layer..

Re: spaces between linees on top layer
I've solved
I've just reduce the number of perimetre from 2 to 1, and than works very well
Thanks a lot for the support!

Brilliant. Would not have thought to have tried that.alil2096 wrote:I've solved
