Hi all
I have some very little warping issue with the corner of the raft interface layer (third layer). It has an impact on the perimeter of the first object layer : raft interface layer corner warping engender bad material extrusion in the perimeter of the object.
To counter this problem, I use a brim (see pics)...this solution is palliative, not very good

Conclusion : in my opinion, it should be better if the raft interface layer was a little bit inflated ( 3 x extrusion width should be a good value) compared with the "foot print" of the object.
What do you think about?

Re: Raft interface layer Inflation
The KS profiles you should have received use a known trick: use brim OVER raft+interface.
The larger the brim, the larger the interface.
OTOH larger interface is on our wish list....along with several other improvements.
Hope Santa Lonesock will listen.
