separate top and bottom skin speed

If there was a separate speed setting for the upper and lower skin, i think it would be extremely helpful for bridging operations, maybe even all that is required. it seems like most of the stuff is in place for it, since the slicer already detects areas that are meant to be skins (because it can set the skin thickness)

if there was a separate speed slider for these, we could slow the speed down a lot for anything that was detected to be a bottom "skin" and probably improve bridging 10-fold
