Sorry if this is a known issue. I just came across it today.
These models were automatically nested by Kisslicer. As illustrated in the attachment, the "skirt" takes the shortest path around the model, and in this case, intersects a neighbor model.

I cannot reproduce this with KISSlicer 1.5beta2.20-Win64, so maybe time for updating your old KISSlicer version.
