HI,
i use kisslicer now a few months.
But i still ahve a problem, which is is making me crazy.
The objects which are sliced with Kisslicer are printed alle a little bit too big at inner diameters.
So the holes for for example beering wheels which normally, when sliced with Makerware or something like that fits are now too big.
can somebody help me which parameter in kisslicer are influencing this things?
At the moment i'm using Kisslicer 1.4.5.10 Pro.
Thank you.
Greetings..
Michael

I was having similar problems and used a calibration object and the Flow Tweak setting to get the size and proportions the way I wanted and needed them. For 3mm filament I use a Flow Tweak value of .72

Hi. I'm not sure about this but i think that in this case the " Inset surface " option in the Style page can have an influence.
Did you try to calibrate your printer like it's said in the Kisslicer manual ? The gain can have an influence too i think.

Re: objects too big with kisslicer
HI,
thanks for your input.
both could be possible. i've checked my parameters and the inset surface is set to 0.2mm.
the flow tweak parameter is set to 1.
first i will put the inset surface to 0. because i understand this parameter like it's making holes bigger because normalley they are to small.
and than i will check the outer dimensions with a calibration object. maybe the flow tweak parameters also has to be adjusted.
this evening i will test the parameters and will let you know my results.
greetings.
Michael

Okeay,
i've checked the dimensions ov my calibration cube and now they are fine. the holes in the cubes as also the outer dimensions.
i set the the inset surface to 0 and the flow tweak to 1.3.
now also the problem, that the bottom was sometimes not completely full is gone.
Thank you for your help.
