i believe that this problem has already be mentioned and solved but i don't find the thread.

Destring prime and suck at 3 mm

Not necessarily. it also depends on your hot end. not all hot ends are alike and there has been research done on the impact of the internal profile of a hot end and nozzle that affects what happens. this can include the nozzle retaining material even with a retract and it melts and drips out the nozzle. no amount of KISSlicer magic can fix this. its physical. hot ends like E3D attempt to address some of this research and the hot end is what I call, responsive. a small retraction is all that is needed, there is no to little retention of material. however they can only do so much and some nylons and wet filaments are going to still bubble and ooze. but, those are filament issues which can also play a role outside slicer settings. so its hard to help you troubleshoot without knowing more about your set up.
