On a recent print of a hollow object with some thin walls, I was getting really poor results. Looking at the paths, it appears that two interior loops are being placed almost on top of each other.
When I change the settings to use only one loop, regular hatched infill is placed between the perimeter loops, and the print turns out great.
Is there something about my settings that would allow this overlap?

Re: Overlapping loops
I noticed something similar. If I set # of loops to a number large enough for two inner most loops to overlap, the inner loops will be blown away and there will be hollow areas between the exterior loops during slicing (and printing). If I reduce the number of loops the interior will fill once again.
