Page 83 of the manual for a CubePro says

T12 is extruder 1
Error: Idler stall
Cause: blocked extruder/tangled cartridge

or

Error: "initial rate of change low"(?)
Cause: -contact support

No idea what the initial rate of change is... Hope this helps

At first i though it was the filament blocking the extruder so i dismantled it to check it out and it was fine, after many trys i took off 2 cartridges and tried to print something with just one and it worked... Idont know wtf happened but it's fine now
