Hmmm, so I don't have to ask the whole day what to increase/decrease:

What should I icrease/decrease if:

1. If my print is hairy.
2. If the seams are bad and have holes.
3. If there are blobs at the start/end of a seam.

Thank you so much for helping! :D

For PLA i use this setup, maybe it can help you :

M227P : 0.06
M227S : 0.15

M228P : 0.0001
M228S : 1.3

Seam Depht :0.6
Seam Gap : 0.4

And i check the box "loops goes inside to perimeter"

Sorry but with ABS i've no set my printer. It's harder to get a good print due to the material proprieties. And the setup i give you is for my 0.3 nozzle, not the stock one.

To setup this i use 3 cylinders with different diameters (10mm/5mm/2mm) on one file with different space between them. Play with those values to get a good balance but with the stock extruder i never get print without hairy stuff.

Your'e so kind answering all my questions. If it would be for you it would have taken a long time sorting these things out.

But the seam problem remains. I still can't send a pic of it, but I can try to describe it:
Basically when the orinter should print a seam, instead of printing a line it's printing some dots on where the line should be. But it only happen on those two thin shapes.
I upload a sketch there I try to describe it.

How do you test you seam setup ?

I just open your file and they are not really printable ! there is lot of error on it.

Setup your seam with simple shapes !

Well, at least the model works fine for me.
What does the gap and depth really do, I can't find any explenation for them.
When I looked at my model I realised a thing with the two antenns (that print incorectly). I have beveled its edges, so there are an inside and outside surface thats wery close to eachother.
May this be whats messing things up?

All shapes are open, true you can slice them but result may be weird. Close them all.

Gap and Depth are use to change the "seam space". Open a simple and close cylinder slice it and play with them, zoom on the seam to see how they move the path.

I finally got a picture of the problem!
As you see the surface is generally a little bumpy, and when it comes to the eyes...   ... it doesn't look that good.
I'm sure it doesn't depend on the model since the most of the printing is very accurate.
