Re: 3rd Party Filament Poll
This was posted over on printrbottalk - its a survey by a grad student asking about filament usage. you are encouraged to participate and you can also see the results of the survey. although not printer model specific it does give you a sense of what materials and printers people are using.
I wish more people would recycle their discarded prints.

Thanks Plexus, that is very good info. I'm more interested in what suppliers are providing good quality filament with consistent diameter for use in a CUBEX.

plexus, what do you use to recycle your prints? most of the responses on that survey are "no, but i'm saving them for when it's feasible"

city services. up here in canada our cities provide recycling services. we separate out garbage and put recyclables in a separate bin. why? do you have that?Isaac_alaska wrote:plexus, what do you use to recycle your prints? most of the responses on that survey are "no, but i'm saving them for when it's feasible"

Re: 3rd Party Filament Poll
It would be awesome if there was a printer that came with a filament extruder. I have a bunch of failed prints I would love to turn right back into filament, even if it wasn't as consistent as the store-bought stuff.
