Hello!

Besides Amateur radio use at 433 MHz, this is the so called ISM Band. It is used for remote information exchange like car keys, remote sensors for thermometers, some emergency and security devices, baby phones, etc.

Jamming the frequency range constantly may bring you in conflict with local laws, because primary users of that frequency range is the amateur radio service.
The output power of 3 Watt gives a more wider range than 50 m, it could be about 500 m up to 1 km or more. So all ISM devices and the amateur radio service is are jammed.

And, when you activate this device, put it into your car, how will you open your car then?

My advice: Keep your hands away from this...
