Z Lift in Cubex Trio

Hello everybody.
I have a Cubex Trio and I am pretty new with the Kisslicer.
Does anybody have any experience with the Z-LIFT parameter?
As far as I know, it is supposed to lift the Z some mm while traveling. If I put the value in CERO the cubex still does some lift, and if I put something exaggerated like 5 mm, it lift a lot the nozzle. That makes me think that the parameter is working but...
Is there any way to disable the lift at all?
