Sorry for that, I had the same problem.
I've changed the hardware, I've installed a Rumba mainboard with Marlin fimware and I'm very happy with it, much more easy to find the good parameters for the filament, the printer is more reliable, no more print errors.
If you want to do the same is not expensive and you can download the firmware I've uploaded into this forum.

Hello, i have a similar problem with m227 values i think, the start of the path is always wrong like the motor is not pulling the filament
take a look at the attached picture, some help please?
