ATOM 2.5 EX printer profile wizard issue

The nozzle of the printer goes at the start from the home position into the bed. Even after the bed levelling and Z-offset procedure. G-codes ware generated with the latest Kisslicer in pro version. What was not good defined or could be the conflict between the machine codes and the wizard created on the Kisslicer?
Can anyone tell me why the generated G-code from Kisslicer pushed the nozzle in the bed, before the start of printing? Atom printer is a delta type printer.
