Looks great, Peter!
Which hotends do you use?

Just one (SNMM), hence the relatively huge purge tower. E3D V6. But with modified heat break and special PTFE liner (1.9mm ID).

Biggest issue is that with 0.1mm layers, you still have to purge the same amount of filament on each change as 0.3mm layers.

Wow !
The result is very amazing.
Is it a "make it sure" purge tower or have you calculated/designed it before the print?

With SNMM you have to purge a lot of material. With all post-processors (and Slic3r PE) until now, you basically entered the tower size and it created a simple purge tower with all filaments having an equal purge area.

Of course, opaque filaments require less purging than translucent/transparent ones, so I wrote a post-processor which does exactly that. The purge amount can be determined either by extruder or filament name. Now I purge 30mm for opaque filaments, 60mm for translucent, 80 for transparent etc.

The result is a smaller tower and less overall filament waste. :D

I been playing with KISS 1.6 (Release)
How did you make this purge block?? Im running a Rostock Max v3 with Y Adapter.
I have not figured out how to inflate the size of the purge pillars (which are hollow) to purge more filament to get a better color transition...

It should now work with most SNMM systems.

Shouldn't be too difficult to fix. Will have a look. The only issue may be the physical size so it may need to be scaled a little.

Any chance you could upload a project file? That would help a lot with the program amendment.

TIA
