Hi to all, I'm new to 3d printing and I choosed kisslicer as slicing software.
I followed a guide on web to setup profile for my new Ender 3 Pro. I don't exactly know what I did, but now when I load an stl I also see a cilinder near my object.
How can I solve?

That would be a prime pillar.

See Settings/Support tab.

For single filament prints, you will usually want to select "No Prime Structure".

Wall basically places the pillar around the model, and "short" prints the wall/pillar up to the last filament change.

For V2 there is an additional option: "Purge Octagon" which is for SNMM (Single Nozzle Multi-Material) purging after filament change.
