trouble slicing at 0.1mm

Post by woody3dp »

Hi all,
I'm printing a mask for a figurine. I've tried it at 0.2mm, all is fine:

But when I slice it at 0.1mm, there are strange artefacts that appear in the air (you can see it through the eye):

Here's a rear view, the green path into the mask doesn't exist in my design, I don't know why kisslicer adds it at 0.1mm (everything is fine at 0.2mm):

If anyone could help me to print it fine at 0.1mm, I would be very thankful. I've already printed a lot of other models at 0.1mm with very good results (like my chess set for example or some other parts of this project that I will soon show you once finished...)
