Hi,

Material : PLA E-sun
Hot End : E3D V6 0.4mm with 0.45mm in Kisslicer extrusion width parameter
Layer : 0.2mm
Print Temp : 220°
Medium speed print (~30mm/s)

Looks great. Do you use bowden or direct drive extruder? If bowden, how long are the PTFE tubes and did you have strings?

holy jesus... retract & prime might be an issue as will Z lift.

a picture of what I'm getting ATM (just slightly under extruded at path start)... the seam is just above the flash highlight

I'm also having a bad time with this issue. It wasn't a problem before and I'm not sure when it changed but I can't get rid of it now. I'm using kisslicer 1.5.2.22 64 bit. I've tried reducing the seam hiding gap and depth to 0.1 and also have done many iterations with suck and push but when I reduce the push by enough to see a difference in that starting bubble, the remaining extrusion for that layer suffers significantly. :-(
